This site is operated by Denton County Choppers, Inc. for itself and its subsidiaries and affiliates,
including Denton County Choppers LLC, (all of these subsidiaries and affiliates are collectively referred
to in this privacy policy as "Denton County Choppers"). This privacy policy applies to the
practices of Denton County Choppers with respect to the information it collects about you online at its

transfer your Customer Identifiable Information to use your Customer Identifiable Information only
within the context of their agreement(s) with Denton County Choppers, and only for the purposes stated

parties are so contractually bound, and some third parties may use your Customer Identifiable Information
for other purposes. In addition, some third parties that have received your Customer Identifiable
